I had purchased the wrong sized shoes even though they felt good in the store. I was able to work with Kay and George to return my shoes. Both of them were Asst. Managers and wanted to ensure I had a good experience on my return. Did I forget to mention, I could not find my receipt and I had discarded the shoebox but they still took good care of me.

Wish they had longer hours.. but I can’t complain, employees are nice & helpful!! My go-to for last minute shoes!! Buy online & pick up in store in less than an hour… my most recent order Vans 8 1/2 was ready 5 minutes after I placed it!!!

A really nice Famous Footwear. They keep it clean and well stocked. I got a good deal on some Birkenstock sandles.

Buy one get one half off! So I got myself two pairs of shoes!
