Extremely rude and lazy people working here. They are more interested in closing and getting out than good customer service. Question if there are no customers why even have a business. We are living in a lazy society. Why have a business if this is going to be the montra?

I have a big foot 12E (extra wide). I want to try shoes before I buy so online shopping is out. The options were suitable. The staff were amiable, personable, and knowledgeable. (Stoneham MA) This will be my footwear provider. Overall, a pleasant and productive experience.

the store itself is pretty big a little weird and uncomfortable though where they place the shoe try on areas RIGHT smack DAB in the middle of the main walkway where everyone has to walk and pass by you and can easily bump into somebody only thing i was a little weary about especially during the pandemic can get tight if the place gets crowded but luckily this store does not. pretty BIG selection of most shoes you are looking for some is a little limited but they will pretty much have most of the big names your looking for looked a little limited on socks sandals laces shoe cleaners stuff like that but not many people actually buy that type of stuff today anyways its easier to just get new shoes for the price you pay they dont run cheap either some are expensive! JUST for the CAN is like 15-25$ depending on the type of care your shoe needs. service was fast and friendly and i love that you pretty much dont need the rewards program anymore for the BOGO deal awesome way to score a few great pairs for GOOD prices way better than paying full price by FAR and stock up so you dont need to keep buying more every few years its too bad that the Everett store had to close because Stoneham Redstone Plaza store now that i shopped here is just as good if not ALOT better!

Very helpful staff, just wish they had more of selections of Asics sneakers. Looks like they are not going to carry them . Sad
