Two stars because I found some comfortable work shoes.... Other than that... The older lady who works the floor she wasnt really customer service friendly... Overly watching us... Following us... It was weird...I wouldnt have purchased anything at all from a store that does things like thay... But I had already been to a few stores looking for work sneakers so I got them... But otherwise I would definitely Not come back to this location at all.... The cashier was ok though.. she greeted and thanked... First and last time at this location

Very accommodating staff. Went out of their way to search the store for a size that was confirmed to be there but wasn't on the shelf. selection is small and bland.

I get shoes here all the time here, it's my go-to store. Prices are pretty good for big brand shoes, like Nike, Adidas, Puma, etc. New stuff is usually around $60-80. Definitely check out the clearance section, you might find a really good deal on some really nice, lightly used shoes that might as well become your daily drivers.

The Customer Service was the best ever @ Concord Mall, Wilmington, DE. The cashier was very personable and professional. My daughter had to exchange her shoes the same day, due to a size issue. No problem at all. I wish that all sales representatives are as kind as Elaine . We will return and continue shopping in your store

Was shopping around in here yesterday (2/10/21) with my two sons (stressing me out) and neither workers acknowledge me. Then when I got rung out I wasn’t given the promotion deal of buy one get one half off.associate: 263849 was not helpful at all and she asked if I wanted the rewards and I declined. However I don’t know if I needed the rewards in order to get the half off deal, she didn’t mention that if that was the case and now I have to go back for a return.
