The manager Shanae decided that it was professional to speak with a customer as her home girl that owed her a CashApp payment. All over an exchange something so simple. The manager thought it would be professional to yell and speak aggressively like customers can't match that same energy.🤷🏾‍♀️ Poor customer service

scam post 75% , 20% off they tell you more you buy more save. when check you no discount apply then they say dont work with your sneaker. no disclaimer show anywhere in store.

great prices, great clearance section!!!, and huge seection(biggest of all their stores in town i believe). staff is always friendly and helpful. my go to when looking for a new pair of shoes of any type.

I stopped in to buy comfortable walking shoes because I forgot to pack a change of shoes for my trip to Columbus. At checkout I was lucky enough to have Tammy assist me. She was so nice, helpful and pleasant! She mentioned the rewards program and in doing so ended up saving me money! I even bought another pair of shoes I had my eye on! Tammy had no idea my day was stressful, but somehow she managed to help make it better! Thank you Tammy!
