Famous Footwear Outlet

Saw these boots a week before and then I found myself in the mall so I decided to take a look and see if they were still on sale. Well they were and even less than before. Originally $60 boots down to $25 and then I went to pay for them and they were $15. OMG TOTAL DEAL!!! going back for a pair of pumas next week

Website says they close at 7pm so I drove 45 minutes out of my way to pick up an order for Christmas, only to have the guy give me a total attitude for trying to open the door at 6:08pm in a well lit, and what looked like an open store. This location is TERRIBLE. They close whenever they feel like it. It's not the customers problem that you can't keep help! Pay your employees more, or close your doors, but stop wasting the customers time and money. That's 1.5 hours of my life I won't get back, wasted time, and I still didn't get what I needed!

This is not an ASD friendly establishment. If you have kids with special needs this store cares more about their egos than anything else. The cashier and manager were incredibly rude. They refused to sell us a pair of shoes that my son was wearing because they could not check the sizes. I’ve never had this issue at any shoe store including other famous footwears. The cashier was so smug and was smiling at the whole interaction. My son has autism and my husband has PTSD and social anxiety, let’s just say it was a horrible experience for them. Then when my husband suggested that it would be helpful to have a sign in the store, he basically argued with us. Total trash establishment and no where near the level of customer service that has been stellar at other famous footwears.

Cashier (Blonde lady) I think her name was Colleen? was super rude and unhelpful. Talked down to me as if I was a five year old instead of explaining the policy nicely, she argued and got more rude through out the conversation. I won’t be returning to this location ever again. If you can’t have good customer service then don’t work in retail. I see many bad reviews about this same lady- good luck to this location if they decide to keep this employee in their store

They had a lot of good sales high-end names and brands great selection and great clearance good pricing we went to shop for someone else.which is impossible decided we will bring them next time but really loved everything I saw
