To start off had a great sales rep, her name is Jennifer. Outstanding customer service couldn't be more top notch. She made sure I was ready to go. Thank you Jennifer for being such a great person and sales representative!
Famous footwear is COMPLETELY disconnected with its customers and the information erra. I asked if they would price match and the associate said it has to be on their website so I showed her where their online and instore price were 40% higher than a local competitor and she said yeah I can't price match. This brick and morter is out of touch I'd rather pay full price at a relevant store.

We ended up getting the wrong size shoes so we took them to get exchange but at our store location in casa grande, Turns out they didn't charged me for My shoe only my socks. I thought it was going to be difficult to do a exchange because of the receipt error but Janelle the casa grande location Got it fixed and I was able to get the correct shoe size
