I bought a new truck, this is the worst car trade-in I have ever had. Super poorly prepared, with paint details and dirty in parts. Immediately after I took it from the dealership I noticed dents on the sunroof, I left it for 15 days so they could correct the damage and the paint details. They didn't solve any of the painting because they didn't know who had to be responsible, since it was evident that it left the factory like that, they changed the roof of the sunroof, I arrived at the time they told me to pick up my truck and it took them more than two hours to deliver. the truck and at first glance I pointed out more than 3 defects in the assembly and they also gave me the roof stained with grease. Only 15 days later the sky is falling. It is the worst Ford agency I have ever dealt with in my life. They are all disastrous and their attention is terrible. May the sky fall but I will never return to them. It's not the first Ford car I've owned and they make the brand seem like the worst, when in truth I say it Ford is an excellent car brand.
