The cash system is a disaster. We spent 20 minutes without being able to pay, using two different cards. We had to cancel the purchase. A waste of time. They cover many services without having the necessary infrastructure.
Good assortment but the service is very bad, a long time ago the cashiers were friendly but they are neglecting this aspect a lot, some make you face to serve, before if they didn't have change they would go to another cashier, now they flat out tell you to look somewhere else Many times they give you the wrong change hoping you won't realize they were missing it.
Terrible, it's no use having a phone line if they don't answer it.
Also, do you shop online?
You select your products and the application only sends you a message "remember that you have 72 hours to collect your order!!!!!!
How absurd to offer a service that they are not going to fulfill.
What is the value proposition of this company?
If you are not going to be able to satisfy the customer's need, do not offer what you cannot fulfill.
