Terrible service, with a prescription in hand they denied me the medication, according to the rude woman who runs the pharmacy, the prescription seemed fake, with the doctor's signature and information, she refused to fill it, just because she thought it was a scam without checking information or calling to the office. Rudeness, terrible service and customer service, what a shame that an employee like this tarnishes the name of the franchise.
Very bad service, they don't even know where the medicine is stored. They go to the back supposedly to look for it and they leave you standing there waiting and they come out with their cell phone in their hand answering their WhatsApp and they don't bring the medicine.
They don't have enough staff, the manager can't help other than looking everywhere, efficiency is lacking in this store, more trained staff and managers who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty working are needed.
The customer service leaves a lot to be desired, the cashiers instead of serving you are better on their cell phones, and for this reason they do not do things well, you make them see it and they blame you as a customer, compared to the other branches that if they are attentive and kind
