Terrible attention! They take horrible time to attend and in my case I wanted to pay with my purse from the pharmacy and it turns out that their system got stuck, they took the amount from the purse but since they did not issue a ticket they did not give me my product and I have been asking for a refund for three weeks and they bring me back and forth and nothing!!! What a pity that the service is so bad there because in other branches without a problem and because of the excellent app!!!! I hope one day they will reimburse me, otherwise I will express it through these means
