The two employees who are serving, at least on the shift I was on, are super rude, both of them, they don't say hello and they make fun of people when they don't know something.

The problem is the order to serve, there are no lines, no shifts, and the people in charge serve in the order they want or whoever comes first, even if it is obvious who has just arrived. Personal case: I went to buy a syrup and went in, often waited behind a couple who were already filling their prescription, the clerk must have noticed when I went in (the door is right in front of the box) and that there was no one else (except a couple of people in another box) after 15 min. A young woman arrives and stands in front of the counter, after 20 min. waiting, finally the couple leaves, but oh surprise, the saleswoman attends to the young woman whom she saw who arrived after me. I guess it was because of how he was dressed.
