They only serve you by force. I went for some superticket tickets; When I arrived and asked, the person who was assisting me left me talking alone and did not return, I had to ask someone else and he told me that his colleague had told him (not a word with me) but that they could not print them because they did not have a system (just like all the pharmacies I had already gone to) I told him that it is not possible that any of them want to print the tickets and that he should tell me where I sent my report for all the attention and only then did he print the tickets for me. How disastrous that just out of laziness they do not want to provide the service.
The serving staff is not prepared to resolve customer requests.
At least they will have primary school and that is a lot. I went to request some tickets from the company "Superboletos" and unfortunately they told me that they do not have a system. What they don't have is the desire to work and serve customers since the place is marked as a ticket sales point. Otherwise they should update the information.
I got information on the supertickets website and they told me to go somewhere else because this branch, even though they were trained, are not providing this service because they did not learn how to do it.
It is one of the most stocked savings pharmacies I have ever attended, the doctor provides excellent care, and I have not found many people inside the facilities. The COVID tests are super fast and as for the price, the truth is they handle the same as any other pharmacy. The only bad thing is that they don't have parking.
