Terrible service from the bitter, rude, and lazy counter ladies, they always deny the system saying that it is general and you go to another pharmacy and if there is one.

Terrible service. Too slow and the system never works. The ladies who attend are rude, grumpy and ignorant.

Unfortunately I have to pay for electricity with a card and the only places to make the payment are the CFE and these pharmacies, which are scarce in Apodaca. One day I went and they told me that there was no system to pay for electricity, as on two other occasions, this branch has a good supply of medicines and they provide good service, but if you are going to pay your electricity with the damn card, it is a hassle, Maybe you have to go to the CFE ATM, which, by the way, is disgusting.

Very bad service, only one girl attends who is very slow at checkouts, they only open 1 box. They lack good attention and quick service. Night shift yesterday.
