Terrible service, we just went today, Sunday, they only served through the window, you couldn't enter, only one person serving and in half an hour they only served one person, very slow and rude, by the way, they gave priority to the delivery person. On average, around 10 or more people left without being attended to. It is not the first time it happens

The Dr gave preference to the maintenance man so that he could paint a wall before her patients, and there she left us waiting. We went in to complain at the pharmacy and they did not solve anything for us.
