The worst branch to shop at, they go twice that I go and today 11/27/2023 there were the same 2 ladies serving me who NEVER know anything and never help, with a pedantic, rude and haughty attitude, they did not want to make a promotion they had valid for me announced and they hid behind the fact that “it didn't appear in their system” but they didn't investigate or anything, maybe they also changed my reservation for my medication and THEY DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE IT TO ME, which they said was because a letter couldn't be clearly seen... that's stupid. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT BRANCH AGAIN.

Terrible service, two ladies in the pharmacy area who did not answer any of my questions and answered super haughty, despotic and apathetic.
