Even tough this farmacy is quite large, the medicine selection is very lacking... I mean I went in there for some bandaids and they didn't had any!!

Terrible service!! The Doctor practically asked for "voluntary tip" and not having much cash. I proceeded to leave him the few coins I had in exchange, he reluctantly grabbed them and told me "take them, they will be of more use to you." I would NEVER go back to the doctor there. On the other hand, the ladies from the pharmacy treated me very kindly ✨

They are always behind closed doors and make shopping tedious. 25 minutes to purchase an item as the second person in line. They also ask you to verbally give your card PIN to make the payment.

Terrible service, they close the door after 9pm, they don't have a wireless terminal, if you want to pay by card after that time you have to give the cashier your PIN. Bad idea to go to that branch.

Terrible service, the door indicates that the hours are from 8am to 11pm. I arrived at 10:30 pm and the door was already closed, I knocked on the door and the lady told me that there was no service anymore, that she had to be out at 11. How sad that a chain as big as it is doesn't do anything with its staff , even though I'm not the only one giving bad comments about it.
