In a bad mood, the two managers tried to deny me the sale of a controlled medication even though the prescription was correct. They made me wait 20 minutes and the kindest woman told me "you pay the fine." Wow, super good service but I left with the medication.

Super bad treatment from the cashier. Plus they didn't want to give me my tickets. It is super uncomfortable to have to fight with employees, when they can solve it in a good way.

The cashier at the evening shift pharmacy located next to the Elizondo bakery. I don't know if she doesn't want to work why the lady is there if she doesn't want to provide terrible service. Unlike the staff at the Loreto pharmacy on axis 10, they do provide excellent service.
