Terrible attention from the staff this morning (Wednesday 07/05/23) I went to change the "pediatric" medication that they sold me open the night before and they told me to come back when the person who sold it to me is there. As if illnesses could wait. Furthermore, the cashier went crazy when I explained to her the hours that Google says on the internet for their pharmacy that they rely on. I am very upset with the lack of empathy and common sense on the part of the lady (short hair and gray hair) what a way to start the day being able to do what belongs to her!!! You had to ask them to talk to their boss and in a few seconds he told them that they would change my medication.

Today in particular, September 5, they attended me very well. The boys Edgar Eduardo and Mayra Esperanza. Excellent service and attitude... congratulations!! It is their job and they are doing it perfectly.

They sold me an open medicine, I go to return it and it turns out it's closed 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Terrible service in the pharmacy the receptionist of the Day shift and Dr. David Eduardo Medellin I arrive late with a super arrogant attitude and saying that if he wants he does NOT go to the pharmacy and everyone is left without their test, it depends on what mood dawns. That the pharmacy owes him vacation days and if he wants, he charges them whenever he wants and if he doesn't feel like it, no one tests him.

It's not 24 hours 😡and the person there is arrogant. I went today at around 11:30pm and it didn't even leave us in doubt.
