Waited for the doctor for over an hour. Employees repeatedly told my wife and I the doctor would arrive at 0900, then 0915, then 0930. Eventually, they told us the doctor may not even come. When we asked why we weren’t told this sooner, the employees simply shrugged their shoulders like it’s not their problem or responsibility. Even went as far as to say they were separate businesses, yet I still need a ticket from the pharmacy to see the doctor, so they are clearly together. People wonder why foreigners no longer vacation in Acapulco…

Terrible service for home delivery, from the call center that I had to call on 4 different occasions because they left me on the line and when they finally answer me they tell me that they cannot deliver because they are "overloaded" with orders since the 1st the afternoon!! I wonder. Are they not prepared to provide a service that they themselves offer and being in a tourist area?? How disastrous!!!
