Terrible home delivery service, from 8:30 pm an order was placed which they said would arrive within 60 minutes maximum, it did not arrive, we spoke on the phone and it took 30 more minutes because they did not have enough delivery people; 30 minutes passed; another call and they asked for time until before 11 at night and nothing, they sent the medication; how is it possible that they play like this with a person's health; They are medications that are requested, not other products. Pharmacy crap.

Terrible service...and rude as was the "doctor" on duty. No vocation on the part of her work team, least of all from the "doctor." In that branch, in the others they do have quality service. TERRIBLE CARE at C. Doria.

We placed an order with delivery to Sun. We waited 2 hours and he never arrived and when we spoke again it turned out that they didn't have a delivery person... They could have said that right away... It was a medical emergency. Incompetent!!!!!
