Sara is an absolute jewel. She's very knowledgeable about footwear and gives simple tips to help make your shoes more comfortable. She went above and beyond to correct a shoe problem that I had! The store also had a good selection of shoes.

This is a fantastic shoe store with a super manager. She does a great job of sharing about new shoes they offer. She tells her own experience with them and then fits you with the right size. My husband and I both bought a pair of Hoka running shoes.

I have PTSD, Autism, severe social anxiety, & bad feet from long hrs at work. I went here but did not mention my mental health, and braced myself for a Pretty Woman situation but instead it went beautifully. I tried on about every shoe and insole in the store and was treated as if all my persistent and specific foot support & fit sensory needs were completely normal, that I was a cool and normal person simply by being in their cool store. Sadly, I returned the pair I bought realizing I needed to contact a podiatrist, but I was still treated so kindly. If you want to pay it forward, please go here and ask for Mallory. My very first time there and the sale lady was very knowledgeable and she was the friendliest sales person I've ever delt with . I believe her name was Melina. I may be wrong in that. As long as she continues to work there I'll continue to shop there.
