El Corte Inglés Santander

Decent place for last min shopping and food and drink. Its close proximity to the ferry port makes it a good choice. I drove from Barcelona to get the Galicia to Portsmouth and had some time to kill before I was due at the port. Good choice of cafes inside and has plenty of parking on the road.

Not a lot of clothes in regular size to choose from. Good gourmet sélection but nothing overwhelming either. Nice sale on the Hendricks Gin this week at 29,90€ a regular 0,7l bottle. Hipercor have a good cold cuts and ham selection. Free parking without the annoying ticket, barriers are up, just drive in and out. I'm happy I came.

I love this place. Nice personnel, wide selection of items, basically everything is under the same roof, awesome!

Lack of natural light makes it slightly depressing but the range of brands and shops available is great along with the free parking

Excelent corte ingles, they have a gourmet spot where you can buy anything to eat there with a glass of wine or beer!
