Good service and useful system with which they diagnose the recommended mattress. Good use of technology.

Excellent assistance from Mr. Alejandro. They give you a test on a mattress connected to a computer that helps decide the type: soft, medium or rigid. Very interesting.

The service is poor. I had to take the crib mattress in a taxi, because there is no transportation service for that type of mattress. I think that with common sense a mattress company would have to deliver all types of mattresses to your home. Cross it out!!!

Terrible shipping logistics. It sounds like you're asking them to deliver a nuclear warhead to your home because they can't schedule a delivery at a specific time. They simply tell you that it will arrive between 10 am and 8 pm. Oh really?
