Terrible, they serve you excellently, but on the scheduled day they tell you that it is not possible and that they can give you another mattress, I had just heard that from there, but I thought it would be different, personally I will start a process with PROFECO, since they must cover the reimbursement and expenses that they generate for the customer, so that they are careful with that, I will have to buy somewhere else and that is what I am going to demand in the complaint that I am going to file. If you can record calls and the moment of purchase, I did it the day I went.

DO NOT BUY, DO NOT FALL INTO DELIVERY DATE DECEPTIONS. You tell them what day you need it and from there they go on to tell you that they have it days later but that they can send you another one, then they say that they have to charge you for freight, since by not having the scheduled one and making an exchange, a new purchase is made and you have to pay $500 freight or wait.

At the branch the person was very friendly, but by the time of delivery he was no longer responding, I had to go to the branch to find out why they had not delivered to me, my purchase was on Friday they agreed to deliver to me on a Tuesday and they never delivered to me after 2 weeks They only delivered me partially, I was missing a base, they told me that they would deliver it the next day and it is time that they did not deliver my complete purchase.
