But we arrived and there was only one employee serving another couple. 30 minutes passed and he didn't even tell us, "just a moment" or "choose the one you like" anything and we went to COPPEL, same brands, much cheaper and immediate attention. 10 minutes and we had a new mattress and foundation.

I bought a mattress in this place, in this branch and after a year it deformed. I tried to validate the guarantee and they put on the pretext that it was stained, which is not true and I barely have a year with it. It seems that they protect themselves with their warranty policy. Do not buy in this place, because in addition to being expensive, they are bad and do not last as they say. Now it makes sense to me that every day more people prefer to buy in other places and that Dormimundo is gradually going bankrupt.

Terrible service from the seller... he quoted me a price, I went to see other options and two hours after we returned to make the purchase he already came out with another more expensive price and also he was no longer respecting some gift sheets that he had offered. Obviously we didn't buy from him, but the lack of seriousness bothers me because it wasn't a minor purchase... I guess this man sells about ten beds a day and that's why he can give himself the pleasure of letting his clients go!!! I don't recommend it at all
