Too expensive.

Don't buy, they are scammers. They sell you with a "guarantee" and make excuses not to change it. The mattress lasted less than 10 months and caused me sciatic problems, I had a one-year warranty with them. The service in the branch is good but if you can, buy through another means because I had the worst experience and it was not an economical cushion at all.

The attention they give you is very good, friendly and very explicit, they give you a sample of what you need to what you want, well the direct price is not accessible but they give you certain payment facilities so that you can pay for it and without a doubt they give you all possible attention, I liked it a lot and I will buy another mattress in the future

For those ridiculously high prices, customer service is TERRIBLE in this branch, the vendors serve you as if they were doing you a favor and in a haughty tone. Now I understand why the store is always empty! And their own brand mattresses aren't even that comfortable, go to Lunna or Sears, as well as being nice, they have much more comfortable mattresses and at a better price.
