Today I had a very bad experience since I went with my mother to see mattress options and the guy who took care of us from the beginning asking if we would already buy it half explained to us and pressing so that we could get what to pay for, When we told him that we were still looking at options, he commented that the entrance has a customer counter and that he is a commission agent, therefore they would question him because he did not sell us a mattress and please, if we do not have money to pay, we better not go into a store to ask. And if my mistake was going into that store, we'll buy the mattress, but it's not an option there, very bad service.

The seller's explanation is very good, but the moment you tell him that you are comparing prices, they get upset and stop paying attention to you and almost want to take you out of the store, I asked them for another mattress and they asked me if I better tell them how much $$$$$$$$$ we are talking, so we don't waste time, lousy service if you don't buy at the moment, I ended up buying atlas mattresses 👍
