I made a call before going, to request information about a mattress and its base, they informed me that they did have the product, and they told me that the delivery was free, I went to make the purchase, and when I arrived they told me that they did not have the product , that if I wanted it, I had to order it from their warehouse and it took approximately 2 to 3 weeks and also the shipping cost $400.00 pesos. The person who answered me and then attended to me personally, seemed to be lazy and only told me that if I wanted to see another mattress that he would let you know, in general bad service

I didn't like the place. The store does not display the prices clearly, you have to ask for absolutely everything and that creates a tiring experience. The store always looks dirty and neglected besides the fact that they do not wash, but not by mistake, the pillows or mattresses that they have for testing. Sometimes I have even come to think that these stores are money laundering because they live with unrealistic discounts, the mattresses are always very expensive and the service is very bad. I had the bad experience that even a pillow gave off the smell of urine, so I don't plan to spend my money there.

Good attention but they hesitate when making deliveries, you have to negotiate since they say that the van that delivers does not have a delivery schedule that they deliver as they decide that is wrong since one is the one who must set the schedule to receive their merchandise since the amount is a considerable sum

The attention at the counter is very good, he explains well and he stayed until after his hours to serve us, the problem arises with the delivery men, disastrous and uncooperative people.
