Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Best dinner of our trip! The chef/owner came and greeted us as well which was nice. Beef brisket and suckling pig were amazing. Drinks were okay but fun glasses.

Had a wonderful dinner here with a friend. Friendly and helpful staff, soft live music to set the atmosphere, and some amazing food. Their vegan options were amazing, as well as non alchoholic drink options. Friend had their meat course and quite enjoyed it as well.

We went to dinner here with three couples tonight. The ambiance was perfection! 👌🏻 The entire staff was on point - attentive, friendly and professional. The live musician was an extra special touch too. The brisket was DELICIOUS - I all but licked my plate clean!! We had three different appetizers, three desserts - it was ALL good! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I also want to give a special thank you to our awesome waiter, Erik, and Arim at the hostess stand! Thank you for a wonderful evening out with friends - zero complaints! Bravo to the chef!

One of my best meals ever! As soon as my partner & I walked in, we were wow'ed by the beautiful ambiance. The restaurant has very unique baja-themed decor and a live saxophonist whose music was just the right volume. The food and drinks were also extremely memorable. We ordered a cocktail each and loved the uniqueness of the ingredients and the lovely presentation. Food-wise we ordered the octopus ceviche and caesar salad as apps and the catch of the day and brisket as mains. While everything was delicious, the catch of the day was probably our least favorite and the brisket was definitely our favorite - the meat was so tender and the risotto it came with was so rich. We were both wow'ed at our first bite of the brisket and made sure to finish it despite that we felt stuffed towards the end. Service is also top notch. We had several complimentary items (chicken mole, warm bread with special mushroom butter, mezcal chocolate pieces) that were all delicious. They give detailed explanations of their dishes, do not rush you, and even provided us with bug spray when we mentioned feeling bitten. Overall a top favorite dining experience for both myself and my partner because of standouts all around in taste, service, and ambiance. Very highly recommend!

A little hidden gem in San Jose del Cabo. We stumbled upon Don Sanchez, and were immediately drawn in by the aesthetic and live music. The food, though, was on a whole other level. The margarita was phenomenal, and the kitchen sent a complimentary amuse-bouche to the table. It set the tone for a nearly perfect meal. The Caesar salad is made fresh tableside (dressing and all), and was delicious. The mains had good portions and dynamite flavors. Really hard to find fault with anything. The waitstaff was friendly, attentive, and spoke fluent English. Extremely good service, and just incredible vibes. Seriously one of the best meals I’ve had abroad, so I feel like this is a must-stop in San Jose.
