Devino Electric and Mechanical

Fred was good for coming within 30 minutes for an emergency call but that was all. Unknown to us, our washing machine and refrigerator were on the same circuit which caused it to become overloaded and almost caused a fire. He repaired the refrigerator cord and left us to "temporarily" use an extension cord to power the fridge. We have needed to unplug the fridge and use the same cord to power the washing machine when needed. He has been scheduled 2 weeks out 3 times. 1st time he claimed to have COVID but he called me 15 minutes after his anticipated arrival time to let me know and to reschedule. 2nd time was a no call no show. A few days after the scheduled appointment time, we rescheduled 2 weeks out for a third time, claiming he was sick and doesn't have enough employees to reach out to his customers. 3rd time is today. Once again, no call no show. I find it highly unprofessional to not call customers as a courtesy when he is not able to keep appointments, let alone three separate times. I am extremely disappointed as he seemed highly recommended and I will be calling someone else for my electrical needs and not recommending Devino Electric.

Fred did a great job for us installing an electric outlet to charge our hybrid car.
