I just left the office wanting to close all my accounts and leave this bank. What disastrous attention from the girl at the counter. What a superb attitude. I have had a fraud issue on my card for more than a month and they do not give any type of information about it. And to make matters worse, for the nth time they tell me that this is not my office... when more than a year and a half ago I made the change in person and signed everything necessary.
I have been in the DB all my life (since the days of Bancotrans), and since they moved to the La Alameda office I can't wait to close my accounts and take them to another bank.
They never answer the phone, the advisor is neither there nor expected. Frankly, I don't see any difference between this bank and an online bank... well yes, the online bank doesn't charge account maintenance.
Claudia and Raquel's attention is excellent, they are super attentive and have all the patience and willingness to help and solve any situation.
Raquel was not available and a man with a German accent who spoke to me in Valencian attended to me. I am Argentine and I told him that I did not understand what he was saying to me and he continued speaking to me in Valencian, he is disastrous, rude and super arrogant, I do not understand how they have this man talking to clients.
After three months of studying the mortgage, saying that we have a good profile, sending all the documentation that took more than a month to give the okay, they give it to us and we will appraise it, they knock down the appraisal, when the house has a price superior, they offer us a lower percentage than we asked for and we still accept, and two days after going to sign the fein they tell us that the personal income tax on the payroll does not fit them, I talk to my company and they tell me that everything is correct based on my salary and data personal and they have the shame of denying us the mortgage for a reason that has no logic whatsoever, we have another bank that does want to give us a mortgage, but I'm just saying that this is going to go to court, I'm just saying that, you will receive news from me, from my lawyers and authorities.
Why is the law so that we all comply, not so that some do and others don't?
Disastrous customer service, they never answer the phone, and if they have to call you back you can wait sitting and for better service they close offices.
