Do not deal with this bank! Staff (especially a particular teller ( he ) who seems to be always there) is beyond rude. This man should not work with people. They also never answer their phone. They are not helpful. If there is a problem no one is available to help. We opened an account at this bank 8 years ago. There was always a problem and they always gave me wrong instruction how to view the account online. NO ONE WOULD HELP! Today for no apparent reason they told me that they are closing our account and would not tell me why. The manager of the bank Rafael Alvarez Moreno did not want to talk to me and gave order to the teller to close our account for no apparent reason. It is beyond unprofessional, rude and I’m truly appalled with their attitude. I have never experienced anything like this in a bank. Stay away from this bank. ps: I’m sure they would love you and have a different attitude if you have millions to deposit. Pathetic!

Worst bank ever, stay far away! I am waiting to sign an inheritance, and it has been so far the most painful and long process ever. Always missing papers, excuses, not answering mails, calls. The lack of empathy is amazing, they are NOT professional AT ALL. Is is just unbelievable. Now, after 2 YEARS they have got all the paperwork, guess what: more than ever they do not reply to my mails, calls so basically I cannot go and sign, and get my mum's legacy. They get advantage of me being at 1000km away They basically want me to give up! Outrageous! I need to get a lawyer now since I have no other choice! Terrible bank. I would rather keep my money at home then open an account with them.

VERY BAD SERVICE. Quería invertir en sus fondos, pero cerré mi cuenta. Bank teller is not responsive. Other bankers seem to be talking on their cell phone for personal reasons, and they offer bad service. Average wait time is at least an hour. They made me sit down for an hour for a banker to come. Wanted to invest in their funds (fondos), I ended up closing my account. Avoid banking if time is precious for you. Slowest bank in my whole life.

Imposible to speak to anyone ever on the phone, sent emails written a letter all have been ignored A they do not deserve to be in business avoid
