I put a star because you can't 0. If someone wants their money safe and available, NEVER put it in this bank. My mother's account has been blocked for more than 7 months (she passed away) and despite having delivered the papers numerous times, it is still blocked, asking us for the same papers over and over again. And it's all because there is money and so they can get rich and play with it. They have the phone as an ornament and every time you are lucky enough to be picked up, they wash their hands and pass the ball to each other. The worst bank and the worst customer service by far, already denounced to the bank of Spain but they don't care. I only have to warn those who plan to leave their money here so they can flee before it's too late.

I have been to several banks and without a doubt this is the worst, they hacked the bank's database (due to their lack of security) and now they do not want to take care of the pain we suffer

My experience with this bank is great, excellent treatment from its employees, any questions are resolved quickly. I wish all the staff of other entities were like those of Deutsche Bank.
