Deutsche Bank

Today my card got stuck in this ATM, so I nicely asked the employees in this bank to tell me how I could retrieve it. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and helpfulness of the people I came across. They simply told me my card could never be retrieved because it fell in a "hole" which has apparently been here for 5 years. When I asked for a viable solution all they responded was that it wasn't their fault and tried to shrug me off. What kind of work ethic is this ? I am a foreigner and am now struggling to even buy my meals thanks to this defective bank and its clearly poorly skilled employees. I would avoid at all costs if you are looking for a good bank with caring workers.

The ATM at this location is often out if order or vandalized. I'm sure that there are valid reasons for this, but when there are only 3 ATMs from this bank in the entire city, and you've gone long out of your way to make a withdrawal from it, it's very frustrating. The Deutsche Bank ATM on Calle de la Buharia is more reliable.
