Awesome Ace! The employees are very helpful. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything? I said yes, started listing, and they led me around the store getting the items for me. I also had keys made and they worked fine. Nice selection. My shopping trip there was super quick and easy! Thanks Ace!!

Helpful staff, who are not just looking over your shoulder, like your a perp. Treat the customers with respect and courtesy. This Ace Hardware didn't Even make me leave my bag at the door like all the other Tucson Arizona Ace Hardware stores. Got me in our and on my way in under 45 minutes .

Can’t say enough good things about my experience here today. Went in looking for several items to complete some house projects I’ve been ignoring. A very pleasant gentleman named Brad helped me get everything I needed. By far one of the most customer service focused people I’ve done business with. Will definitely return!! 10/10

Great help to find exactly what I was looking for. Needed to clean the laminate shower stall in my rental without damaging it with typical bathroom cleaning chemicals and needed to clean the pan with typical bathroom cleaning chemicals. So I needed 2 cleaning agents. The customer service was exceptional and i didn't ruin the brand new shower the landlord put in for me. Win Win all around.
