Bad experience from the beginning.

1. The sellers fighting over the commission, since the person who sent me the vehicle information was an advisor and the person who showed it to me and gave the section was another, which shows that communication does not flow between them, which is why the seller calls me. advisor telling me to support him by telling his manager to be the one to handle the sale, I agreed.
2. They changed the price of the vehicle, originally at $275,000 and then the advisor told me that the price was $315,000 and that the manager had made a mistake. According to this, they looked for financing for me with Banregio so that the payments would be similar to those with their financial company, considering the previous price, still accept.
3. The jewel in the Crown, the advisor tells me to go to any Banregio branch to open an account, after I had already settled the agreed down payment ($200,000), I ask for leave from work, I go to the Banregio branch and they tell me that they have not been notified of anything, that if it is for a car loan it is in another branch... etc., finally I left, I called the advisor and he told me that he had seen him with an executive from another entity and it was a shame that he told me They would have wasted my time.
From the above, I proceeded to cancel the purchase since the lack of communication, planning and quality of attention from the advisors and the manager was clear, who told me that she did not know, the advisor told me that this happened in all the agencies and I I limit myself to informing them that I had previously purchased vehicles from agencies and had never seen such a lack of communication.
The manager was left to process the return of the down payment in 15 to 20 days, something that has not happened after a month and a half. I went to see her on Monday, August 22, she told me that on Friday the 26th they would return my down payment during the day, which did not happen.
Recommendation, do not buy there.
