DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

I love the layout of this store! Everything is spaced out really nicely and it makes shopping very easy. The only thing that’s a little crammed is the checkout but it’s so worth it to have ample space to shop. Also, Mary Beth is awesome. She was SO NICE and very knowledgeable about the products. I will be returning soon!

Go there with the coupon they mail you and cannot use it because they don't have enough of the giveaways that they promote. Spent $200 and thinking online is much better even though with returns.

I had an incredibly positive experience at DSW today, especially with the person who assisted me at checkout (Maggie, I think). I came in looking for loafers for an interview, found what I was looking for and was offered assistance along the way. The store was very clean and well organized, and it was very easy for me to find the style of shoe I came in for. Upon checking out, I was signed up to be a VIP member which gave me a 20% discount on my purchase. My checkout person explained thoroughly the perks of being a VIP shopper, how to make sure I utilized my upcoming birthday rewards, and went out of her way to wish me luck in my interview. I love my new Steve Madden's (pictured) and I look forward to coming back again soon!

The employee at the counter was wonderful. We had to return items, which went very smoothly. She was also wonderful when we checked out with our new items. The rating is almost entirely because of her.

The only reason they didn't get a 5 star, is because they had zero pairs of size 14 mens shoe. In anything. Absolutely zip, nada, no choices. A shoe store.....that doesn't carry a size that Walmart and Meijer stock?
