DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Wish they still had the 60%+ markdowns. None the less DSW has a great selection of shores. This store has a lot of Coke Haan and Crown Vintage selections.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! A few months ago, I had an issue with my order and an associate by the name of Cesar helped me resolve the issue quickly and effectively. He was extremely helpful, friendly and patient and was very informative throughout the whole process. He made sure that the issues was resolved! Truly the most pleasant experience I’ve had!

Very nice DSW location with a larger than usual selection of footwear and accessories (less the mirrors). But overall, plenty of space to take a slow stroll until you find your preferred brands.

DSW didn't offer a huge selection of mens leather shoes but I found what I went there for which was a pair of drivers. Now as far as value, the pair I selected, which is a designer brand (Vince Camuto), in black leather fit perfect and in my size. These are my first pair and my concern is if I'll put significant wear on the bottom side of the toe area. The underside extends past the rubber sole thus creating a protruded area of the last. Let's see what happens.

I was there between 7-8pm on 12/7/22. Walked in, picked out shoes, and these 2 women at the counter were talking amongst themselves as I stood there with a box in my hand waiting to get checked out on line. There was a 0% chance they didn’t see me. Another lady comes along and just walks near the counter and one of the girls asked her if she wanted to be rung up as I continued to stand right next to them with a box of shoes ready to be purchased for 3 minutes as they continued to ignore me lol. Knowing I just got cut, I politely put the box on the counter right next to the other lady waiting for the other female at the counter to simply acknowledge my presence. I guess mistakes happen, right? Well, she legit turned her back on me purposely ignoring me without a single word. I had to walk out of the store at that point and left the shoes on the counter. It was the most odd experience I’ve ever dealt with and just insanely bad customer service. There were 4 people in the vicinity. The 2 female employees, myself and the lady that got checked out 3 minutes after I stood right next to the counter waiting to be called on. Not a single “hello”, “can I help you”, “be right with you”, etc.. Had no other choice but to walk out
