DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

I bought a pair of Clark shoes on Oct 10. I have worn them less than 10 times and the heels have already worn down. There is no returning worn items. DSW does not stand behind the quality of the items that they sell. Buyer beware.

I love shoes and visit the store a couple of times a month. The sale prices are great and the styles are contemporary!

I used my birthday coupon to order 4 pairs of shoes and socks. The shoes arrived worn and dirty and one was not even the correct size. The young lady processing the return was not listening nor responding to me during the transaction and had to go get her manager several times. Very poor customer service, very poor quality of shoes, considering they were worn and dirty. That was my first time ordering online and I will NEVER shop DSW again.

I came here on a very rare day off of work and was so pleased with the state of the store (cleanliness, etc.), the selection (lots of great clearance options for both men, women, &NBs too!), laid back atmosphere, and the care of the friendly staff-- namely on this day, under Mishak's floor mgmt: the responsiveness and help given by both Cricket and D'Aurion. A great spot! Also if anyone is looking for non slip shoes for service work it's got em! (Even in clearance!)

Great, affordable, name Brand women and men's, shoes, boots, flats and kid's shoes. Always discounts from 70%!! Clean, well stocked orderly store, helpful, pleasant staff. In Patterson shopping center, lots of free parking and wheel chair accessible!
