DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

Went through the driveway. There were a couple cars ahead of me when I pulled up, but the line went at a good sped and I didn’t have to wait too long for my Bacon Two Cheese. Average quality burger, good enough for a fast food place. I guess it provides and alternative to the two other fast food burger joints in the general vicinity.

Seven year old nephew went from meltdown to thrilled when the staff made a last-minute, personalized birthday cake. Thank you so much for your understanding and compassion! You all rock!!

I come here often only bc my Autism kiddo loves the fries but almost every time they forget to give us the gravy Dipping sauce. My other complaint is how slow the service is. I'm currently waiting for the gravy they said they would bring right out, it's 12:56 p.m., the date stamp on my receipt is 12:40.

I'm not happy with Dairy queen because they didn't get me my free blizzard. I had 6 pc

If I could give a 0 for service I would. I patiently waited at the counter for 20 minutes,and was ignored. They took people's orders around me and when it got to the point I was the only one left the person working the front walked away to do drive thru.They looked/noticed me multiple times I'm not sure if they were rude or just incompetent.
