We had been looking in various places and department stores, today we almost gave up and luckily we arrived!! They did the scan to analyze the firmness according to our bodies, from there we started well, José Luis treated us wonderfully, he explained everything to us with great patience and great detail and clarity like in few places. We explained what we were looking for, the budget we had and he gave us many options, in the end we ended up purchasing a mattress above the budget and more things because José Luis did an excellent job!!
