DEWALT Service Center

Drove an hour to drop off my saber saw for repair. The gentleman at the counter saw it was a simple repair (not for me) he took the time and fixed it. I will always buy Dewalt at that shop when in town!

Took my impact driver in to see if they can fix my bit holder. The customer service rep said it would take 2 weeks to get it repaired since they they were backed up with a lot of orders. I told her I couldn't wait that long since this tool is my everyday work tool. She saw my frustration and took it back for the technician to take a look closer look at. To my shock and surprise, the technician said it was something he could do real quick and when I say quick, I got it back repaired under 10 min. They both made my day and I don't have many good days. Customer service and technicians at this place is very good and very polite people. Would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Below is a picture of a Brand New 3/8 Nut driver that broke after 2 screws. I am sick and tired of spending big money on Dewalt Tools and Accessories for them to break a day later. I have decided to switch over to Milwaukee due to the cheapness Dewalt has been putting out here in the last year and it's frustrating because I love there power tools.

Sad when you spent thousands upon thousands of dollars in DeWalt tools but yet when two tools no longer are working and ARE in the warranty period they won’t do anything to fix or make it right since the items “have been discontinued”. Not to mention the less than pleasant, rude employees that work here. There is a warranty for a reason and if items are discontinued the customer shouldn’t have to deal with this.

Took 2 compressors in to be rebuilt. The delay on rebuild was so long that the representative I dealt with (Miguel) offered to sell me new compressors at the rebuild cost. He was thorough and followed up throughout the process, and even helped me load and unload, as I went by myself, despite their phone ringing off the hook both times I was in the store. Miguel was truly kind and helpful, and even remembered me when I called to follow up. Will 100% frequent this location if I ever need more repairs done. Thank you Miguel!!
