The employees are nice, helpful and informative. If you have a question and they don't know the answer, they won't try to fake it and they'll bring somebody who does have the answer or call someone who does. They've just expanded their Grill line and hot tub line. Seems like a go-to place for people with wood pellets stoves in the winter time. Really friendly people and a go-to place for Fallston.

Our local hardware store is like the Chik Fil a of hardware stores. They are genuinely nice people. The reward program is decent and you can order on-line to pick-up at the store or have it delivered. These folks live up to the name of Ace.

Great for something you need and don't feel like fighting the traffic and crowd at the big box stores. People working here are friendly and helpful too.
