Costello's Ace Hardware of Glen Burnie

The level of support at the store is excellent. Can't say enough good things about the store and the staff of this particular store. However, be careful purchasing a pellet stove insert from Costello's. The support of their headquarters is subpar at best. They've been hours late for installs, installed the wrong parts, and if you have any issues, they will slow roll you until your warranty period has ended and you'll be left with a product that does not work properly and is potentially dangerous to you and your family. Feel safe and secure purchasing your lawn and garden equipment here, but go elsewhere for any of your hearth needs.

Everyone here was SO helpful, SO kind, SO friendly! It felt like coming home. 💯 love this store and the employees. Not to mention they had the ONE THING I couldn't find anywhere else. Thank you!

Fast and friendly service. First time in the store, and I was surprised at the selection. Got a great steam pot for crabs there at a better price than other local places.

They are very knowledgeable. Didn't have to wait on line, knew exactly which isle I needed. I was in and out in less than a minute.

This is a fantastic hardware store for doors and cabinets. I really love the fireplace products that they sell.
