It was the branch of my choice, until last week I was determined to buy a tablet and no one helped me, I went to Coppel center for the tablet but unfortunately only the one I was looking for was available, at university, I returned today (11/ Sep/23) approx 2:30pm (there weren't many people) and the seller told me if it's not there, we don't have it, super apathetic and it seemed like they were going to give it to me and again no one helped me. I went to Aurrerá and bought it there and in fact the super accessible Aurrerá seller showed me more options and I was fascinated with my purchase and above all I bought one from a better range for a super price. They should train their salespeople, for that, to SELL!!! Show the customer options, know what you are offering. I gave terrible service, two laps just to get angry.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, I PURCHASED AN ITEM ON NOV 19, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD DELIVERY IN 5 DAYS, AND THIS IS THE DATE THAT THEY DID NOT DELIVER MY ITEM, ON NOV 29, THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD ARRIVE AT 2PM AND IT WAS NOT AND TODAY, NOV 30 THEY TELL ME THEY HAVE NO DATE
