Good luck trying to get a hold of the things you order customer service is terrible they don’t answer the phone at all

The customer service was amazing in this store. We visited the store on 11/9 and 11/10 and Francisco went above and beyond to help us with our selections and purchase on both days. Leti helped ring up our order and was helpful getting our address in the system to have our order delivered.

Coppel is good some of their workers need to be a little more friendly and have manners. As for the bank part of it they should have more workers available for rush hours some times the lines are long and only 2 window are open and working while the employees are outside by their computers chatting it up

Not the best selection but will do. In a good place within the mall. Two floors. I suggest to take a glace and take note of other stores since they don't have the best prices. They are more on getting you to place credit and payments where you'll end up paying double, triple, or even more depending on what you buy.

Western union service fast and easy. Usually no long wait comparing to Elektra. But buying something from store.... Slow Slow Slow. Get a ticket thwn wait 15 min for 1 person in front of you.
