Poor attention from the staff who attend the subscription and cashier area, they lack training since they do not resolve your doubts and questions and they do not even know how their system works. There is very little variety of merchandise and models of shoes and tennis shoes, especially for men, they don't always come out the same and the quality of many footwear leaves a lot to be desired. I have had tennis shoes that come off or break after a few wears and are marks. "recognized" or own.
Generally in all department stores they give months without interest and there is a cut-off date and another to pay, but in Copel although they have a large assortment I would never buy, practically one buys in cash and if they give it to you in months they raise you a quite high interest, if you don't have enough money to buy from them in cash, I advise you not to buy in those stores, they increase month after month, more and more interest apart from the capital, to the point of being impossible or almost impossible to pay them, don't be fooled Don't be surprised, evaluate and do the math before buying there.

They have a lot of variety of things, it's just that sometimes they are expensive and credit increases the product more.
