I didn't give this Ace store 5 stars because not 1 employee said hi good morning or can I help u with something. As far as products it has alot to offer well stocked and very nice section of grills and pizza grills with pizza stones. Really nice. But employees need to talk to people.

Miguel was accommodating and professional when placing two 20lb mulch bags in the back seat of my car! He made sure to put plastic down first and secured both bags…. Smiled throughout and thanked me for shopping at ACE! Wonderful customer service! Kudos, Miguel!!!!!!

I purchased 2 new propane tanks 7/16/23, but before I could pick them up, a storm moved in with lightning. Greg was very nice about explaining that for safety reasons he couldn't fill my tanks at this time. I came back the next day and picked everything up no problem. Small price to pay for safety!! Thanks again

Recently I needed to re landscape a new home in the Conway area. I knew right where to go, ACE. My experience was one of sheer excellent service. Service that is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Nicholas( I hope I am spelling it correctly) is one of the guys to go to. I appreciated not only his help, I welcomed his patience. I ordered a pallet of mulch. He willingly helped me and a couple of co workers load it into two vehicles. Nicholas actively participated and made the work so much easier. Thanks to Nicholas I will be shopping at ACE other than ..... #satisfiedcustomer, #returningcustomer

This franchise has a non-corporate policy not to cut outside key blanks means that the main advantage this location has over big box stores is the bigger screw selection and the green egg. Disappointing to learn this after they have helped in the past with interesting key cuts. This store is clean and perfectly fine but it’s hard to rate them any better than simply average. I’ll be back when I need some screws that are hard to find, for sure. The employee told me it’s “corporate policy” but Ace corporate customer service has confirmed it’s not a corporate policy and they as a franchise may decide on additional policies such as this, so I may try to find another Ace franchise that is more of a helpful place. Still not a bad store, but certainly not the epitome of helpfulness, and not aligned with the Ace service I’ve experienced in multiple south Florida locations in the past.
