I needed a new pair of trail running shoes and they were so helpful! They have a variety of Merrell shoes including water shoes. There was a limited selection in my size in stock. I’m grateful for the shoehorn they gave me! It’s saved me from breaking a nail trying to get my new digs on.

Robin is AMAZING! After tearing my ACL in a skiing accident, Robin so kindly helped me find a pair of flat (and super cute) boots to assist me in walking. She had everything ready to go for my husband to swing by and pick them up. Robin offered to go above and beyond by meeting me at our hotel if I couldn’t come to get the shoes myself. She has the best customer service. I recommend shopping with her!

We stopped in recently while visiting Vail. We were lucky that everything in the store was on sale. We ended up buying two pairs of boots and one pair of shoes. They had a needed size transferred from their other store in no time. Before we left, they waxed one pair of leather boots and sprayed a pair of nubuck boots so they were ready to wear. I have never had another shoe store provide that service.

I have been a customer for at least 20 years. They have the most current styles of shoes & boots & provide incredibly great customer service. And they carry Naot!!
