Wow! The customer service is outstanding. Called customer service and the CEO “Mr.Bill” answered the phone. I was impressed the CEO was so involved with the customers. It’s rare these days to have an All American company with such great products and customer service. The Coffee is amazing and it’s made in the great USA.

I have been shopping these guys for years now and they used to be pretty good. Lately they have gotten a bit too expensive and tricky. They recently gave up a $10 coupon, but when applied, they hit me up for more shipping than the coupon was worth. Remove the coupon and shipping is free. Why bother?
